Shipping & Returns Information
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 for all UK orders. All orders placed before 4:30 pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day.

Tracking & Updates
Email and SMS tracking from Royal Mail. You can add delivery instructions or a Safeplace via your Royal Mail tracking page.
Note: Delivery aims are not guaranteed. Remote areas or peak periods may add 1 working day. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, contact will@crushsupplements.co.uk with your order number.
Returns
If you’re not happy, contact us within 14 days of delivery at will@crushsupplements.co.uk.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions
- Refunds processed within 3–5 working days after inspection
- For damaged or incorrect items, email within 48 hours with photos — we’ll replace or refund
Exclusions: For safety and hygiene, opened supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.
Changes & Cancellations
To change your address or cancel an order, email us immediately. We can only amend or cancel orders that haven’t been packed or handed to Royal Mail.
