Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The reason for return must not fall under our Exceptions & Exclusion section
  2. The return request must be initiated within 20 days from the date of purchase

Inspection and Approval:

Upon receiving the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product passes the inspection, we will proceed with the return process.


Refund or Exchange Options:
Customers have two options for returns:

  1. Refund: If you choose a refund, the purchase amount, including the shipping fees for returning the product, will be credited back to the original payment method.
  2. Exchange: You may opt to exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value. If the chosen item has a lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If it has a higher value, the difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Exceptions and Exclusions:
Please note that items cannot be returned or refunded under the following circumstances:

  1. The customer received the exact item they ordered but changed their mind.
  2. The customer decides they do not like the purchase.
  3. The customer has no use for the product.

Shipping Costs:
Crush will cover the shipping costs related to returns. You will not incur any additional charges for returning an eligible item.
